Advocate Kinjal Bhuta is hiring a Junior Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in litigation and non-litigation matters, drafting legal documents, conducting research, attending court proceedings, client consultations, preparing case files, and managing deadlines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research.
• Attend court proceedings.
• Participate in client consultations.
• Prepare case files and manage deadlines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
• Strong skills in legal research and legal writing.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Client consultation and case management experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal professionals.
• Only candidates from Mumbai may apply.
• This is a long-term position; short-term internships are not offered.

Salary/Stipend
