Details of the Job/Internship
Advocate Kinjal Bhuta is hiring a Junior Advocate to join the firm's on-site team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in both litigation and non-litigation tax matters.
- Draft various legal documents, pleadings, and case files.
- Conduct in-depth legal research specifically related to Income Tax and International Tax laws.
- Attend court proceedings and support senior advocates during hearings.
- Manage client consultations and ensure all case deadlines are met.
- Maintain organized case files and collaborate with other legal professionals in the firm.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B).
- Strong proficiency in legal writing and research.
- Prior experience in drafting legal documents and pleadings is required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Note: Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai will be considered.
