Advocate Seoula Vas is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Advocate at her chamber in Goa.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in litigation matters across various courts in Goa.
- Draft, prepare and file petitions, register deeds, e-filing and other legal paperwork.
- Maintaining office files, clerical work
- Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation, enquiries with Govt. dept.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree and Sanad with enrollment in the Bar Council.
- Strong interest in litigation and drafting.
- Good communication and legal research skills.
