Details of the Job/Internship
Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd. is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their Legal team in Bangalore. The role involves handling real estate laws, revenue matters, property documentation, litigation, and supporting internal and external legal processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Visit external counsel’s office after 6:30 PM for case discussions and document submissions.
- Attend court hearings, police stations, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies as required.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including property and revenue records.
- Provide legal support on real estate projects, title verification, land acquisition, RERA compliance, and due diligence.
- Conduct legal research and support case preparation.
- Maintain and update case files, follow up on hearing dates, and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments for necessary information and documents.
- Liaise with external legal consultants and advocates on ongoing matters.
- Translate and interpret Kannada legal documents when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal work with exposure to revenue matters and real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada.
