Amit Sahni & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join its office in Jabalpur. This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in legal documentation, drafting of contracts, pleadings, and related documents, along with legal research, case law analysis, and support in court proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal documentation and drafting of contracts, pleadings, and other related documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws.
- Assist in court proceedings and case preparation.
- Engage in client interactions and provide necessary support.
- Ensure timely submission of legal documents.
Eligibility
- Experience and skills in legal research, case analysis, and interpretation of case laws.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills for client interactions and court proceedings.
- Keen attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant legal procedures and laws applicable in Jabalpur.
- Bar Council enrolment or eligibility to practise law in India.
