Details of the Job/Internship
Anitta & Adona LLP is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Delhi. The role involves assisting in drafting legal documents, conducting research, providing legal opinions, and handling litigation matters under the supervision of senior attorneys, along with client interactions and court appearances.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and case analysis.
- Provide legal opinions.
- Handle litigation matters under supervision.
- Attend client meetings and court proceedings.
- Ensure timely preparation of legal documentation.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognised university and enrolment as an advocate with a Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and case analysis.
- Experience in court procedure, case filing, and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of litigation and corporate advisory practices is an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
