Apurva Joshhi & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate (Non-Litigation) to join its legal team on an on-site basis in Thane, Mumbai. The role involves drafting, legal research, property due diligence, and assisting in legal strategy, with a focus on banking and land law matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct property due diligence and prepare title reports.
• Undertake legal research and drafting.
• Assist with legal strategy.
• Manage legal documents and demonstrate knowledge of court procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Maintain attention to detail and work under pressure.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) completed.
• Post-qualification experience in Banking and Land Laws is preferred.
• Prior experience or internships in a legal environment are beneficial.
• Additional legal certifications are an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
