Arvind Kumar & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Jangpura Extension, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices.
- Appear in court and assist during hearings.
- Prepare cases and brief senior advocates.
- Manage case files and maintain legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular case updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised university.
- 0–2 years of litigation experience. Freshers with a strong interest in litigation may also apply.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to appear in court and handle litigation matters.
