Arvind Kumar & Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Advocate with 0 to 2 years of experience to join them at their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal research and case law analysis.
- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices.
- Court appearances and assisting in hearings.
- Case preparation and briefing senior advocates.
- Managing case files and legal documentation.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining case updates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 0–2 years of litigation experience (freshers with a strong interest in litigation may also apply).
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Willingness to appear in court and handle litigation work.
