Details of the Job/Internship

ASK Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of relevant years to join their office in Secunderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case laws to support ongoing litigation.
• Draft various legal documents, including petitions, affidavits, and legal notices.
• Prepare detailed case briefs and support senior advocates in strategy discussions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings under the supervision of senior counsel.
• Conduct case investigations and gather necessary evidence for trial preparation.
• Attend client meetings and assist in maintaining clear communication regarding case updates.
• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable laws.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict court-filing deadlines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Mandatory enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and legal drafting.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, court protocols, and filing processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective advocacy.
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of local and state laws/regulations in Telangana is highly preferred.
• Previous internship or work experience in a law firm is considered an advantage.
