Details of the Job/Internship

Avijeet Legal is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 0–1 years to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend District Courts in Delhi on a regular basis to manage and observe proceedings.
• Assist in drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on various statutes and case laws.
• Learn and assist in practical litigation work and trial procedures.
• Support senior members of the firm in case preparation and chamber work.

Eligibility

• Completion of an LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrollment with any State Bar Council is mandatory.
• Possess a basic understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC), and the Evidence Act.
• Ability to assist in drafting and research tasks.
• Strong willingness to learn practical trial procedures and attend court regularly.

Salary/Stipend
