Details of the Job/Internship
Avishkar Realty is hiring a Jr. Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Pune Camp. The role involves legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal support to the senior legal team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting in land acquisitions and other real estate legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare and review legal documents and contracts, including standardization of commercial agreements.
- Provide legal support to the senior legal team.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with external legal parties.
- Assist in land acquisitions and legal aspects of residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Skills in legal research and preparing legal documents.
- Experience in drafting contracts and reviewing legal documents.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in real estate legal matters is a plus.
