Chambers of Adv. Kapil Hirani is hiring a Junior Advocate to join them in Nagpur office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing legal documents, including petitions, written submissions, and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyse case laws, statutes, and regulations related to finance and tax matters.
• Support the seniors in litigation proceedings, including appearances before Tribunals and High Courts.
• Draft legal opinions and memoranda on various finance and tax law issues.
• Maintain organized case files and assist in the management of ongoing litigation matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in finance or tax law are an added advantage.
• 0-2 years of experience in litigation and legal drafting, preferably in finance and tax laws.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Admission to the Bar and eligibility to appear before the Tribunal and High Court.

Salary/Stipend
