Chambers of Adv. Kapil Hirani is hiring a Junior Advocate to join them in Nagpur office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including petitions, written submissions, and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analyse case laws, statutes, and regulations related to finance and tax matters.
- Support the seniors in litigation proceedings, including appearances before Tribunals and High Courts.
- Draft legal opinions and memoranda on various finance and tax law issues.
- Maintain organized case files and assist in the management of ongoing litigation matters.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide effective solutions.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in finance or tax law are an added advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in litigation and legal drafting, preferably in finance and tax laws.
- Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Admission to the Bar and eligibility to appear before the Tribunal and High Court.
