Chambers of Mr. Manoj M. Mirchandani is inviting applications for the position of Junior Advocate to join them at their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves appearances and assistance in matters before the Bombay High Court, City Civil & Sessions Courts, Lower Courts and Tribunals, drafting pleadings, applications, and written submissions, legal research, preparing case notes and compilations, briefing senior counsel, and day-to-day chamber work including client conferences and matter management.
Eligibility
The practice is largely criminal, with exposure to allied civil and writ work. Prior chamber experience preferred.
