Clause Kraft Advisors is hiring a Junior Lawyer – Litigation and Advisory for a full-time role based in Bengaluru. The role involves appearances before trial courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities, drafting pleadings and legal documents, liaising with government departments, regulators, and corporate clients, conducting legal research, assisting in case strategy, and supporting case management through filing and coordination work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before trial courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Draft pleadings, applications, notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with government departments, regulators, and corporate clients for filings and hearings.
- Conduct legal research, prepare case notes, and assist in legal strategy.
- Support office coordination, filing, and matter tracking as part of case management.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised Indian university with enrolment with a State Bar Council.
- 0–2 years of experience in litigation and/or corporate advisory, with motivated freshers also considered.
- Strong research, drafting, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
