Details of the Job/Internship

DALMAF Private Limited is hiring a Junior Advocate for a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. The position involves assisting in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, advising clients, representing clients in court, reviewing agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in coordination with the senior legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents and reports.
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions.
• Preparing case files and analysing legal documents.
• Representing clients in court proceedings.
• Reviewing agreements and ensuring legal compliance.
• Collaborating effectively with the senior legal team.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognised university.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting reports, and providing legal opinions.
• Strong skills in preparing case files, analysing legal documents, and assessing case strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Good understanding of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Prior experience in corporate law or legal advisory roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
