Details of the Job/Internship
Dalmia Law is hiring a Junior Advocate for a full-time, on-site role to join its office in Navi Mumbai. The role involves assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting litigation work, attending court hearings before courts in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Panvel, coordinating client meetings, maintaining case files, and assisting in case strategy and preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
- Supporting litigation and case preparation work.
- Attending court hearings before courts in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Panvel.
- Assisting in client meetings and maintaining case files.
- Supporting case strategy development and staying updated on legal precedents.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting and legal analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of litigation procedures and court practices.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding of legal ethics and professional conduct.
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent).
- Bar registration in Maharashtra is preferred.
