Details of the Job/Internship

Dalmia Law is seeking a fresher or junior-level advocate with 0-1 Year of experience to join their litigation team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and tribunals (High Court, JMFC, City Civil Court, Consumer Forum, etc.).
• Assist in litigation matters and client coordination.
• Draft plaints, written statements, notices, applications, and other legal documents.
• Type and prepare legal documents in-house.

Eligibility

• Must hold a valid Sanad.
• 0–1 year of experience in legal practice.
• Residing in Navi Mumbai or up to Panvel only.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and spoken).
• Basic legal drafting and typing skills required.

Salary/Stipend
