Details of the Job/Internship

Dalmia Law is looking for a candidate for a position of Junior Advocate with 2 years of experience to join them at their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Candidate shall be required to Appear before the Courts at Belapur, Panvel, Thane, High Court, Courts At Mumbai such as City Civil and Sessions Court, JMFC, Consumer Courts, Small Causes Courts, Competent Authority, Family Court.
• The Candidate need to handle drafting of Notices and replies, Suits, Written Statement, Applications, Motions, Chamber Summons etc. 

Eligibility

• Looking for an Advocate having experience of 2 years.
• Candidate should be fluent in writing and speaking in English Language and also able to type in English Language. 

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
