This is a full-time, on-site role involving assistance in legal research, drafting, and preparation of documents related to arbitration matters, along with support in litigation procedures and client coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in legal research and analysis of laws and statutes.
- Draft and prepare documents related to arbitration cases.
- Support preparation of legal arguments and case analysis.
- Ensure compliance with litigation procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients.
- Provide general legal support to the team.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognised institution with membership in a Bar Council.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of legal proceedings, drafting, and document preparation.
- Effective communication and client interaction skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
