DS Legal Advisory is hiring a Junior Advocate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in NCLT and DRT matters to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before NCLT and DRT.
- Draft petitions, replies, and applications.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Manage filings, updates, and case follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Join immediately or within a short notice period.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in handling NCLT and DRT matters.
