Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, negotiate, and execute agreements related to joint ventures and partnerships.
- Handle FOCO and FOFO partnership agreements, LOIs, and MOUs.
- Prepare and manage vendor contracts, franchise agreements, and leasing documents.
- Draft policy documents and statutory compliance-related agreements.
- Ensure legal safeguards for the organisation’s diversified business operations.
- Support business teams in enabling timely and compliant execution of agreements.
Salary/Stipend
Up to ₹30,000 per month.
