Details of the Job/Internship
GNP Legal is urgently hiring four (4) Junior Advocates with a minimum of 2 years of experience for their Mumbai Fort office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle independent appearances and arguments before various courts and tribunals.
- Engage in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and recovery matters.
- Conduct legal research and drafting for cases across multiple forums.
- Manage matters related to NI Act, consumer laws, and state commission forums.
- Coordinate client communication and case management effectively.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience independently arguing cases in specified courts and tribunals.
- Strong research, drafting, communication, and litigation skills.
- Prior experience in dispute resolution, NI Act cases, and consumer forums preferred.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
