Haven Ventures is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Eligibility
- Legal research, Legal Writing, and Case analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of local real estate market practices is a plus.
- Should have knowledge in Real Estate, Revenue laws, Land Title verification, Telugu reading and writing, preparation of legal opinion, Litigation/case summary, drafting of deeds like Agreement of Sale, MoUs, Development Agreements, etc.
