Details of the Job/Internship

Hotserve Legal Professionals is looking to hire an advocate possessing excellent research and drafting skills and banking and/or commercial litigation experience before the courts in Delhi.

PQE Required: 2+ years

Role and Responsibilities

Scope of work:

• Drafting for district courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT,
• NCDRC, etc., and drafting legal opinions and agreements;
• Legal research and preparation of brief of the matters before hearings;
• Regular appearances before courts and tribunals (advocates will be appearing in
• courts/tribunals daily);
• Handling evidence and preparation of affidavits by way of evidence;
• Handling examination-in-chief and cross-examinations; and
• Client interface - attending client meetings, coordinating with clients and their staff, updating clients, etc.

Salary/Stipend

INR 2,60,000 CTC/as per the merit of the candidate.
