Details of the Job/Internship

Indiacorp Law is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior advocates with legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case files.
• Represent clients in court.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and advise on legal matters.
• Stay updated with current laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and litigation.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• Experience in a legal firm or corporate legal department is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
