Details of the Job/Internship

They are seeking a Junior Advocate for our Bhuj office. This full-time entry-level position is ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The Junior Advocate will assist in legal matters, providing valuable support in a dynamic engineering and construction environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining courtroom etiquette by preparing and organizing documents for trials and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents with precision and adherence to legal standards.
• Analyze case law and regulations to support legal arguments and strategies.
• Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal support in line with company operations.

Eligibility

• Effective case preparation.
• Strong client communication abilities to maintain positive relationships and convey legal matters.
• Proficient in courtroom etiquette to assist during trials and hearings 
• Proficient in legal research to gather and analyze relevant legal information.
• Skilled in legal writing to draft documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret laws, regulations, and case law effectively.
