JK Legal operates extensively across Pune district, including all Haveli jurisdictions, with a focus on practical and compliant legal solutions.

Details of the Job/Internship

JK Legal is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role involving litigation work, legal research, drafting, and client representation before Civil and Co-operative Courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling litigation and court appearances before Civil and Co-operative Courts.
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, affidavits, contracts, agreements, and property-related documents.
• Providing legal advice and managing client cases.
• Ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
• Assisting in contract vetting, registration, conveyancing matters, and client representation in disputes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) and enrolment with the Bar Council.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of civil litigation and co-operative court matters.
• Skills in legal research, contract drafting, and legal documentation.
• Familiarity with corporate law, commercial agreements, NDAs, and employer–employee contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional ethics, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases.
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
