Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Junior Advocate with 2-3 years of experience in core litigation and arbitration to join their office in Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Delhi. This is a full-time on-site role from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. The offered remuneration is INR 20,000–25,000, with higher pay for exceptional candidates.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently represent clients in court.
- Handle drafting, filing, pleadings, and submissions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare arguments.
- Build case strategies and plan arguments for positive client outcomes.
- Manage client matters end-to-end without monitoring.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of PQE in core litigation and arbitration with court appearances.
- Experience in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, and labour laws.
- Excellent drafting skills, courtroom acumen, and argument skills.
- Strong communication skills, etiquettes, and responsiveness.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite without hybrid, freelance, or retainership models.
- Preferably residing in South West or West Delhi for easy travel.
