Details of the Job/Internship

K. K. Pandey & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate (Civil Litigation) with experience ranging from a fresher to up to 3 years to join their office in Borivali, Mumbai. The role is litigation-oriented and involves regular court work, hands-on exposure, and responsibility for assigned matters. Long-term association is preferred. Working hours are 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 2:45 PM to 4:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, subject to court requirements. Weekly off is Sunday. File ownership will be given after the initial training period. Remuneration will be as per experience and interview, with increments based on performance and responsibility.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting notices, plaints, written statements, replies, and applications.
• Conducting title document analysis and preparing title notes.
• Attending City Civil Court, Bombay High Court, Small Cause Court, MHADA, and revenue offices.
• Making daily court appearances, tracking roznama, and updating orders.
• Assisting in client conferences and managing case files.

Eligibility

• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Freshers or advocates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Basic drafting ability or strong willingness to learn drafting.
• Command over the English language.
• Comfortable with Mumbai courts and government offices.
• Candidates residing near Dahisar will be preferred.
• Only candidates genuinely interested in litigation practice should apply.
