Details of the Job/Internship
Legalmage LLP. is hiring an Associate / Advocate with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in Delhi (Naveen Shahdara).
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and assist in complex cybercrime-related legal matters.
- Liaison with Cyber Cells and relevant law enforcement authorities across India.
- Travel to various locations for filing, pursuing, and resolving active legal cases.
- Assist in drafting legal pleadings, conducting research, and making court appearances.
- Coordinate legal proceedings both within Delhi and at outstation jurisdictions.
- Support senior advocates in formulating litigation strategies and case management.
- Maintain professional coordination with clients and statutory authorities.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Mandatory Enrollment with any State Bar Council.
- Basic to working knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law.
- Sound understanding of legal procedures and Indian court processes.
- Willingness and interest in frequent travel for outstation assignments.
- Excellent command over English (spoken and written); proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Preference: Female candidates will be given first priority.
