Marlecha & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate with experience of 2-3 years to join their office in Mira-Bhayandar, Thane/Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Manage case files and represent clients in court.
• Prepare legal arguments and gather evidence.
• Attend court hearings.
• Collaborate with senior advocates on complex legal cases.

Eligibility

• Legal research and drafting skills.
• Experience in case management and client representation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using legal research tools and software.
• Law degree from a recognized institution and bar admission.
• Prior experience of 2-3 years in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
