Details of the Job/Internship
MG Legal is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
- Appear in court hearings and prepare case briefs.
- Provide legal advice and consult with clients.
- Coordinate with senior advocates.
- Maintain legal files and documentation.
- Assist in estate planning and non-litigation matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Proficiency in preparing case briefs and legal documentation.
- Experience in client consultations and legal advice.
- Ability to appear in court hearings and coordinate with senior advocates.
- Knowledge of property law, estate planning, trusts, wills, and probate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
