MG LEGAL is hiring a Junior Advocate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
The Junior Advocate will be responsible for drafting and handling of testamentary matters, real estate matters, research & representing clients in the High Court of Bombay, specializing in civil matters, estate planning, and non-litigation cases.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of civil law, estate planning, Succession Laws, real Estate Laws and trusts.
- Proven experience in representing clients in courts and legal proceedings.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
