Nagesh Sood is hiring a Junior Advocate to join the office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role offering hands-on experience in legal practice under professional guidance, involving research, drafting, court work, and client interaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research and drafting of legal documents.
• File petitions and prepare case summaries.
• Attend court proceedings.
• Liaise with clients and support legal consultations.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and legal drafting.
• Proficiency in report writing, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Familiarity with court proceedings, filing protocols, and procedural law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, time-management skills, and eagerness to learn.
• LLB degree and enrollment with a Bar Council.
• Prior internship or relevant work experience in a law firm is advantageous.
