R B Law Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate for a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. The Junior Advocate will assist senior advocates in case preparation, drafting legal documents, researching case laws, and managing case files. The role also includes attending court proceedings, interacting with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential for this position.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting senior advocates with case preparation.
- Drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Managing case files and related documentation.
- Attending court proceedings.
- Interacting with clients.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised institution.
- Sound knowledge of legal drafting, contract preparation, and legal documentation.
- Strong legal research skills, including identification of relevant case laws and statutes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills for managing case files and deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software is advantageous.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
- Membership with the Bar Council is preferred.
