Details of the Job/Internship
Rathina Maravarman, Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring a Junior Advocate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join their litigation team in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before Courts and Tribunals to argue matters independently.
- Draft legal documents including notices, applications, affidavits, and pleadings.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Assist seniors in preparation for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Review and revise documents for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics.
- Stay updated on legal developments relevant to practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
- Experience in NCLT and High Court preferred.
- Excellent drafting and argument skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and legal software.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai will be preferred.
