Details of the Job/Internship

RJS Legal Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Advocate to join them at their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

Junior Advocates:

• Handling court appearances before Sessions Court and assisting in High Court matters.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
• Conducting arguments and assisting in trial proceedings.
• Ability to independently handle matters at the trial stage (preferred).
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in criminal litigation.

Final-Year Law Students:

• Assisting in daily court proceedings and case follow-ups.
• Supporting in drafting and research work.
• Accompanying for jail visits and client interactions.
• Active involvement in litigation workflow and court practice.

Eligibility

• LL.B (3 Year Course) – 6th Semester (Final Year, Last Semester).
• B.A. LL.B (5-Year Course) – 10th Semester (Final Year, Last Semester).
• Junior Advocates – Enrollment + AIBE Qualified (Mandatory).

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
