Details of the Job/Internship
RK Law Firm is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Chennai. The role is full-time and on-site and involves assisting in legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting court proceedings.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Assist in court proceedings and collaborate with senior attorneys.
- Attend court hearings and liaise with clients.
- Prepare case files and legal briefs.
- Assist in negotiations and contract reviews.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in client communication and case management.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of corporate, intellectual property, real estate, and dispute resolution law.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in local court procedures and Tamil Nadu legal policies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
