Details of the Job/Internship
Saini & Saini is hiring a Junior Advocate with 0–2 years of experience to support their litigation and advisory practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft various legal documents and pleadings.
- Assist in the administrative aspects of court filing and follow established judicial procedures.
- Prepare concise case briefs and maintain organized documentation for ongoing matters.
- Attend various courts to represent the firm's interests and coordinate daily filings.
- Liaise with court staff and other legal professionals to ensure procedural compliance.
- Update senior advocates on case statuses and maintain a tracker of upcoming hearings.
Eligibility
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Professional Experience: 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Strong drafting and legal research abilities.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of Indian court procedures and filing protocols.
- Traits: Diligent, organized, and capable of working within strict judicial timelines.
