Details of the Job/Internship

Samdaria & Associates is hiring a Junior advocate with experience of 1 year to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Advocate will be responsible for assisting senior advocates with legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, providing legal counsel, drafting commercial agreements, conveyance deeds, and agreements in real estate proceedings.
• The role involves working closely with clients and other legal professionals to support legal proceedings.

Eligibility

• Experience of minimum 1 year as Practicing Advocate in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• Legal research, legal drafting, and case preparation skills.
• Specific experience in Drafting, presentation and end-to-end work in Real Estate Transactions.
• Courtroom representation and client counseling abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, legal procedures, and case management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.

Salary/Stipend
