Sandhya Gupta & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Advocate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to various legal matters such as Matrimonial Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, and Corporate Laws.

Eligibility

• Knowledge of Matrimonial Laws, Civil Laws, Criminal Laws, and Corporate Laws.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant field.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of E Filing work.
• knowledge of drafting works. 
• knowledge of Litigation.

Salary/Stipend
