Details of the Job/Internship

Santosh Suryarao & Associates is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Advocate to join them at their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Junior Advocate will assist in legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Responsibilities include providing support in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate advisory, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• The role also requires coordination with clients and internal teams to address various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents such as contracts, agreements, MOUs, and related materials.
• Knowledge of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B). Enrollment with the Bar Council is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and legal research platforms.
• Experience in corporate advisory, contract law, or dispute resolution is advantageous.
• Commitment to ethical legal practices and strong interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Salary/Stipend
