Santosh Suryarao & Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various matters.
• Draft legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal notices.
• Assist in litigation-related work and attend court proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings and support case filings.
• Coordinate with clients on legal matters and updates.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and partners on corporate, regulatory, and transactional cases.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• Relevant internship experience or prior experience is preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate, regulatory, and transactional laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.
