Details of the Job/Internship
Shafi Legal Services is hiring a Junior Advocate to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research and case law analysis.
- Draft various legal documents and prepare comprehensive case files.
- Represent clients in court under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Attend court proceedings and track case developments.
- Liaise with clients to understand and address their specific legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
- Licensure to practice law as per Indian regulations.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and argumentation.
- Strong public speaking and advocacy skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the procedural aspects of courts in Hyderabad is considered an advantage.
