Details of the Job/Internship

Sharma & Sharma Law Chambers LLP is hiring a Junior Advocate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join its office in Lucknow.

Role and Responsibilities

The Junior Advocate will assist in legal research, draft legal documents, attend court proceedings, and provide legal advice to clients. This role will primarily be located in Lucknow, with the option for some work from home.

Eligibility

• Atleast 1 year experience of practice in district court is must.
• Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Drafting skills.
• Court Proceedings and Litigation experience.
• Knowledge of Corporate Law and Criminal Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Previous internship or work experience in a law firm is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
