Details of the Job/Internship
Shreeyash Associates is hiring a Junior Advocate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in RERA litigations.
- Facilitating developer clients with RERA compliances, including project registration and compliance on the RERA portal.
- Providing ancillary services relating to major land laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 0-1 year of experience.
- Preferably candidates who have opted for Land Laws as a subject.
- Familiarity with law and land laws.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
- Good drafting and legal writing skills.
- Good knowledge of legal procedures and functioning of courts and tribunals.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal research tools (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
