SKMR Law Associates is hiring Junior Advocates to join their office in Chennai. The role involves assisting in civil litigation and property-related legal matters under the guidance of the firm’s Panel Advocate for a Nationalised Bank.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil litigation and property-related legal matters.
• Draft and review legal opinions on property title documents.
• Undertake registration works.
• Interact with clients and banks for legal documentation and clarifications.
• Support senior advocates in case preparation and hearings.

Eligibility

• Experience in civil side practice including drafting, pleadings, and court work.
• Strong knowledge of property title opinions, document verification, title scrutiny, and reporting.
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
