Details of the Job/Internship

SKMR Law Associates is hiring Junior Advocates to work under their Panel Advocate for a Nationalised Bank at their Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil litigation and property-related legal matters.
• Draft and review legal opinions on property title documents.
• Handle registration-related work.
• Interact with clients and banks for legal documentation and clarifications.
• Support senior advocates in case preparation and court hearings.

Eligibility

• Experience in civil-side practice, including drafting, pleadings, and court work.
• Strong knowledge of property title opinions, including document verification, title scrutiny, and reporting.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.

Salary/Stipend

₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
